Relative compression test is as near perfect as can be. Suspect valve deposit issues as has never had valve cleaning. Customer has already changed coils and has new plugs and still has a misfire. This is as much training for me using the tool as for testing purposes. Supposed to disable ignition so can flow test injectors but does not appear to be doing that. It goes into the 5sec countdown and then goes to the 10 sec crank and reaches 6 sec and the engine starts and displays warning criteria not met for test, hit check to restart test. I follow all the preset criteria for running the high pressure fuel test including setting the parking brake. I just wanted to verify the high pressure fuel system and I have an IDS with a genuine VCM2 and latest software as of today. This is mostly a question on tool usage, I have this ford with P0303 and P0300.
